We loved the hotel's location, which was very close to Hakata station. It was easy to walk to the hotel within 5 minutes from the station. Additionally, the hotel had great transportation options as subways and buses were nearby. Also, the staff was friendly, spoke English fluently, and eager to help. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were commendable as well.

Location was excellent! Couple minutes from the train station & bus station.
No Wi-fi reception in the guest rooms. (Only in the lobby)

Conveniently located, easy access from Hakata train station. Osshoi Ramen, where you can eat, is within a walking distance of the hotel...

Receptionist is very kind. Very good location 2~3minutes by walk from the station. Fare is very reasonable. Free wifi in the lobby.

It is near to Hakata Station.
Not clean. Smelly and a lot of dust on carpet. I'll not stay there next time.

Amazing Christmas experience! The decorations and festive atmosphere at this hotel were fantastic. The rooms were cozy and nicely decorated, with a lovely view of the city. Plus, the complimentary hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby were a great touch. The location was also perfect, with easy access to shops and restaurants just a few steps away. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The room was a bit small and cramped, especially since we had a lot of luggage with us. , the breakfast was okay but could have been better.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel located in the heart of the city, just a couple of minutes walk from the train station. the hotel is conveniently situated near the subway and bus stops, which made our daily commute extremely smooth. the rooms were spacious, well-maintained and had comfortable beds. the bathroom was clean and stocked with all the necessary amenities. the staff was friendly and courteous and greeted us with a warm welcome. the hotel also provided free WiFi and had a good selection of restaurants and shops nearby.

This hotel is perfect for a comfortable and convenient stay. the staff is always willing to help, making the experience even better. the location is ideal, allowing visitors to walk to most places in town. Vending machines and laundry facilities are available, making it practical for longer stays. the rooms are cozy, clean, and very comfortable.
The language barrier might be an issue, but the staff is friendly and willing to communicate despite it. the shower curtain is not very practical, but it does not affect the overall stay.
